Under the normal use and maintenance of all REMAX products during the warranty period, if there are problems or malfunctions in the materials and functions of the products themselves, the company will provide free warranty services.

This warranty does not apply to the following situ:
A. The product has exceeded the warranty period;

B. The user did not follow the instructions and guidelines, resulting in product damage

C. Disassemble, repair, or modify the structure without authorization of the company

D. Unable to provide warranty card and consumption voucher

E. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires)

Note: After sales warranty services do not include product transportation costs and do not provide on-site repair services
